We’re looking for an experienced Consolidation professional to join our client’s international team in Geneva.

Consolidation Manager

Our client is an international company based in Geneva.

Description

The Consolidation Manager is expected to deliver the following:

– Manage the full group consolidation cycle and produce US GAAP financial statements.

– Ensure data quality and compliance across subsidiaries.

– Improve consolidation and reporting systems and processes.

– Coordinate with tax, treasury, FP&A, and other corporate teams.

– Maintain strong internal controls and documentation.

– Provide financial insights through variance and performance analysis.

– Support statutory reporting and compliance.

– Contribute to M&A, new standards implementation, and other strategic projects.

Profile

The candidates are expected to present the following profile:

– Degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certification preferred.

– At least 5 years’ experience in an international, matrix?structured organization, in a consolidation role.

– Strong expertise in group consolidation and US GAAP.

– Proficiency with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and consolidation tools (, FCCS).

– Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder?management skills.

– Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
