Key Responsibilities

• Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the ‘new’ luxury and therefore deliver ‘FIVE-style’ service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation – all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe!
• Business Development skills are essential – personnel must have commercial savvy abilities in order to be able to identify opportunities to sell and upsell with guests, while keeping in mind FIVE policies
• Support the smooth running of the Venue, where all aspects of the guest’s Food & Beverage service experience are considered ‘FIVE-star’ all the way!
• Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
• Thorough knowledge of all of FIVE’s venues, menus, events, and assorted guest offerings to assist guests at every opportunity
• Take ownership of guest concerns, requests, and act decisively to ensure guest approval.
• Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalized service, always

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude
• Available Friday and Saturday evening
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
• Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
• Teamwork-oriented
• Positive, proactive outlook, hardworking and outgoing personality – and a fun-to-work-with energy at all times!
• Previous relevant serving experience 1-3 years is required
• Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
• Good communication skills in English and minimum B2 in German
